Copy editing is very crucial and most specialized step in entire typesetting process. We have a team of experienced copy editors, working from the comfort of their home. Each copy editor has 5+ years of experience in copy editing STM and humanities books and journals. We are providing copy editing services to various reputable companies, such as Aptara and McMillan.

We provide three levels of editing services:

• Level 1 editing: Light editing
  
• Level 2 editing: Moderate editing
  
• Level 3 editing: Intensive editing

Editing rate depends on the level of editing required for a particular project. For native speakers, the manuscript may require Level 1 or Level 2 editing, but for those writers or authors for whom English is second language (ESL), their manuscript might require Level 3 editing.

Editing Standards and Quality Check
Quality is our prime concern. We divide copy editing in two parts and ensure that both parts meet precise standard. For that we have checklist and reviewers. To meet due date, we manage projects very diligently.

Style editing: For journals: Develop project-specific stylesheet for ZEZ, float elements and their citations (table, figure, references), and author queries. Our copy editors are well versed in all basic style manual, such as Chicago Manual of style, APA (5th ed. & 6th ed.), AMA, etc. You just have to mention the style manual and we will do the rest.

Language editing: We have a very strict checklist to ensure the language is followed properly. Weather your requirement is US English (spelling, hyphenation rule for prefixes, serial or oxford comma), UK English or UK + Hart’s rule, language is our specialty.
