Delhi gets an Exotic “Restaurant Cum Nightclub & Banquet†Tempting Fellows to DRINK DANCE & DINE. The BrewMaster is a place where one can ‘Savour Delights’, ‘Relish Exclusive Cuisines’, ‘Jive to Live Music’, get ‘High on Exotic Drinks’& get ‘Happening With 350 Fellows’.

The Restaurant and the bar is located right at the entrance spreading over an area of 3000 Sq/Ft, both the lounge and the fine dine enjoy spectacular views of the Malls Colossal Atrium.

An Innovative Multi-Cuisine Fine Dine Spanning across 3000 Sq/Ft is situated on the right side upon entering The BrewMaster and has a seating capacity of just under 100 covers. At “THE MIX†we aspire to offer the most original and true renditions of timeless cuisines from across the globe, which have cheered the souls and spirits of foodies over the centuries. Each of our tongue tickling recipes is exceptional, skilfully prepared in our own authentic way. Some of the salient features are highlighted:
Exceptional Menu: The Restaurant boasts an elaborate but an intricately designed ‘Al a Carte’ Menu during weekdays, with dishes from the land of olives passing over the orient to the city of Nawabs and finally arriving at the fortress of Punjab. The Mix offers the entire BrewMaster drinks menu and operates from 12 Noon until Midnight.
Teppanyaki: A live Japanese seafood grill which uses an iron plate (Teppan) to cook (Yaki) the food along with sake (Japanese wine).

PDR’s: The MIX offers Three luxurious PDR’s or Private Dining rooms: Two offering seating capacity of 10 covers & The third for Upto 15 covers; for patrons seeking a more personnel evening. The PDR’s come with exceptional service and ambience.
Buffet Spreads: Over weekends the restaurant offers a Lavish Buffet spreads of various cuisines along with live Teppeniyaki dishes and Mouth-Watering desserts, Interestingly Priced at Rs 499*.
Lunch Munch Weekdays: On Weekdays The Mix Offers an Exotic Lunch Much Buffet in the Afternoons. The Buffet offers a selection of over 12 Continental items including Pizzas, Pastas, Salads, Soups & Sandwiches and is attractively priced at Rs199*.
CHAOS: Lounge cum Night Club
On Weekends The Mix Turns into Club Chaos Post 10 Pm, with live DJ sessions & Exotic Bands Rocking the floor all Night Long. The Club hosts an array of events with both our In-House and celebrity DJ’s spinning the floor.

Located at one of the most popular mall of Punjab ‘The West End Mall’ in ‘Ludhiana’. The city of Ludhiana is by far one of the most Bustling and Effluent cities of Punjab. The city has been infamously branded as the city with the highest number of ‘Mercedes’ in India for many years.
The BrewMaster Ludhiana is a Micro-Brewery Based Outlet and spans a total of 10,000 Sq/ft and is located on the 3rd Floor of the mall enjoying Panoramic Views of the City and is Sub-Divided into Two Separate independent Sections:

Micro-Brewery
Located at M-13 Mall, New Jwahar Nagar, The Most Affluent Area of Jalandhar. The City of Jalandhar is the second biggest in Punjab and is also referred to as the hub of sports industry in India.
The BrewMaster Jalandhar is a Micro-Brewery Based Outlet and spans a total of 17,000 Sq/Ft and is located on the 4th Floor and the terrace of the mall enjoying superb views of the cities horizon. The Outlet is Sub-Divided into 3 separate Sections:

The Way Ahead
The Group was christened in January 2011 and has ever since had very ambitious plans for growth. Since the Successful Launch of the BrewMaster Ludhiana in September 2011 the Group has successfully launched an outlet each in Delhi and Jalandhar.
The BrewMaster is a Micro-Brewery oriented outlet and is currently undergoing Fit outs in Chandigarh and Amritsar. The Group has also tied up for outlets in Mumbai and Pune.
The Micro-Brewery Policy for Delhi is yet awaited, once announced the BrewMaster would retrofit its current outlet with the same. The provisions for the same have been accounted for and commissioned beforehand during the initial project phase of the outlet.
Other Sister Concerns of the Company include ‘UNA Hotels’ a hotel Management/Leasing/Development company. Currently UNA Hotels has 6 operational properties across India and 3 other under various Project stages.
The Groups major focus will remain in tier 2 & 3 cities. The group is also under the process of awarding franchises the BrewMaster and its associated brands both home and abroad.
