Located quite close to the historic India Gate, Pandara Road is up until 3 in the morning. Gulati, a very famous restaurant is where the night owls hoot away at. A little edgy and on the steeper side of expenses though, but who cares about the money when all you need is a bite, good company and yes, safety too.
